End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the QuickBooks integration tools operated by IRC Kitchen & Bath (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to our internal systems and automation tools, you agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose of the Integration
Our QuickBooks integration connects QuickBooks Online with internal business tools in order to:
synchronize products and services
manage customers
create estimates and invoices
automate internal workflows
This integration is intended solely to support the business operations of IRC Kitchen & Bath.
2. License to Use
We grant a limited, non-transferable license to use this integration for the purpose of managing your business relationship with IRC Kitchen & Bath.
You may not:
reverse engineer the integration
attempt to gain unauthorized access
use the system in a way that violates QuickBooks terms of service.
3. Data Access
The integration may access the following QuickBooks data when authorized:
company information
customer records
products and services
estimates and invoices
Access is limited only to the data required for business operations and automation.
4. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The integration may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance or improvements.
5. Limitation of Liability
The integration is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
IRC Kitchen & Bath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this integration.
6. Changes
We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the integration constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
